Self Empowerment is expansive and it is SELF LOVE….in fact it is LOVE..in its highest form…

as you make empowering decisions or take empowering actions in a loving energy…you movement is complete…full…and fully present. Complete in mind, body and spirit.

If you are taking action out of fear or because you perceive a lack…you are in dis-empowerment and you actions will not achieve a peaceful, empowerment…you may instead feel anger, irritability, disappointment etc.

When you take the time to feel into what you are doing..before taking action…and choosing the best path of action…..You are then in divine harmony while in action….

and your actions are telling universal energy..that you are in fact in the right 3d universe…for the desired outcome that you wish to receive…

This is empowerment…you are now a complete creator of your reality.

What if action is not even required?  Is that still self empowerment..?  the answer is yes!

In gentleness…or in intensity..we can be whole…in complete harmony.

What does gentleness feel like you may ask?…..as most of us are moving a t a hundred paces ahead of ourselves..because when we stop…we  have created so much movement…that there is a backlog of energy coming towards us in a huge momentum and that feeling when we are still does not feel gentle…we feel as if we are being hammered…We are being hammered by our own lack of LOVE for ourselves as we live and work. It just catches up with us when we are still.

If this is describing how you feel at times….then this feeling is a result of your action being in disharmony to WHOLE and LOVING soul that you are…and the energy hammering you has its own momentum…

Wouldn’t it be nice just to move in clarity and fullness…and move with a feeling of gentleness into a task or job…even though it had in the past felt intense?  What if you could feel gentle with yourself all the time no matter what you are doing?

Ponder that word for a few minutes and breath into it…let yourself find a new way of being within…and then feel the complete empowerment….of being whole and being LOVE
