Love is the feeling of light. Light is the appearance of love.

Love is generated from within first…yet some have turned off the ‘love’ switch by waiting for it to appear on the outside.

I see your heart and the layers of pain and heart that cover your true heart…My hearts desire is for you to: Open yourself up to more love. Eternal & unconditional love. 

Open up your Heart…Release the pain…open in fullness, feeling the hurt fully in the most loving compassionate state for yourself.  The softest compassion for self is felt through the doubt and mystery of the twists and turns of your journey back to love.  Feel your true heart..with full awareness and acceptance in Gratitude.. 

Open yourself up…open up your arms…to real love..to joy..to compassion…to well being…to creation

Let the instrument of your HEART in the highest light and love be switched on, tuned in and vibrating open..

Love is the winner…and we generate it from the depth of our being.

Hello Friends

Ive had three months off from blogging…to continue writing and editing upcoming new book ‘Self Love’ a ‘How to’ guide on all the opportunities that exist for us to love more of ourselves. (Ive also spent time just ‘Being’)

We already do love ourselves…although a mind-shift maybe required to recognise our own loving energy and joy that comes from within. To connect to our own internal love, to feel it again..and not be just dependant on the external pleasures and love which can come and go. Self love is always there…a constant source.
