The Real Secret to Happiness
Happiness is a feeling.
An experience of the energy system that is your mind, body and emotions.
Feelings are energetic.

Happiness is a natural state that is blocked because of unwanted experiences. These experiences have created a contracted state which turns off the flow of the natural state. If early life experiences were not loving, you were discouraged. This has a devastating effect on a developing child. Your attention turned to the experience of not being happy.
Your focus then turned to feeling insecure, unlovable, unworthy, discouraged, abandoned, humiliated and rejected to various degrees. Fear also replaced the feeling of being loved.

Priority as a vulnerable child was to survive, then grow, so you learnt to defend yourself. Your subconscious captured these reactions and held them tightly, so you did not have to feel them and to protect you from further pain. You learnt survival patterns that put stress on the bodies systems including the nervous system.

If your upbringing was not full of love, your energy system (your body, mind and emotions) is like a clenched fist unable to open up freely and allow the flow of natural happiness. Just as the clenched fist holds on, you are protecting yourself from further pain and rejection.

The way to reverse these patterns is to feel to heal, to make your subconscious your best friend and engage yourself in choosing to become conscious about your patterns. Unblock the energy patterns that are holding you away from experiencing your own fullness. Releasing energy and transforming the negative impact to a positive experience, will allow you to feel happy. You will regain your natural state. This conscious work has many layers. Asking for support and guidance from credible authentic therapists and heart open people is the key to feeling secure enough to let go of the clenched fist.

In the meantime…an effective way to open up the flow of happiness now is to inspire and uplift others. To make the difference to others opens up the blocked energy schisms that is held in the muscles, subconscious, heart and emotional body. As creators, bloggers, dreamers, artists, carers, parents, authors, mentors, teachers you can tap into more energy as you make the difference…as you inspire, heal and allow yourself the experience of being seen and heard.

As you make a difference to others, you also make the difference to yourself. You open up the floodgates of creativity. The more giving and creative you are, the more energy you have because you have released blocked energy patterns. More energy can flow through you to do what you love to do. You will look better, younger and have a glow of light around you. It is called, love!

You now know the secret…. this truth is timeless…

Emotions are signposts

Emotions are sign posts. They show us our own; ‘Energy in Motion’.

We cannot see our ‘Emotions’ but we ‘know’ they are there and we ‘know’ the power they hold in resistance or in allowing us to create.

When we feel clear, happy and tuned in our heart sings and at that moment we are powerful. We feel good and positive attraction begins.

Emotions are important indicators of how aligned we are; to what we want to create.

Harmonising emotions with your desire begins by turning your attention to what you do want…

All emotions fall into one of two categories:

A negative Emotion is one that does not feel good.

A positive Emotion is one that does feel good.

Anytime you feel negative emotion (an Emotion that does not feel good), stop and say:

Something is important here; otherwise, I would not be feeling this negative emotion.

What is it that I want?

How do I want to feel?

And then simply turn your attention to what you do want. . . .

In the moment you turn your attention to what you want, the negative emotion and attraction will stop.

And in that moment, your feeling will change from not feeling good to feeling good. The positive attraction will now begin.

In a moment when we think and feel good about what we do want, we are allowing ourselves to vibrate as if it is already happened….we are in harmony emotionally (which is the most powerful vibration) to what we want. We already are feeling what we want to feel and want we want will materialise…very soon.

The more moments you can harmonise your emotions with feeling good, the more you will get what you want from your LIFE.

Overcoming Fear

Thank you for coming to the Ladies Empowerment Night on Friday. I had a wonderful night and enjoyed sharing time and space with you.

This is a little follow up from the night. Just re-integrating some of the skills and techniques Allanah shared with us and also some that I have found that helps me.

I think one of the important things that Allanah reminded us about is that we are all individuals, WE ARE ALL UNIQUE. No one else anywhere in this existence has experenced and lived the same emotions, conversations, interpretations, perceptions and experiences as you. How can we compare ourselves to others? No one else is the same.

WE ARE GOOD ENOUGH, JUST THE WAY WE ARE. xx

Allanah said, “Fear is a part of us.”
So, if we dismiss it and don’t acknowledge that it is there, it is like we are beating up on ourselves. It’s like kicking a part of you. By doing that, fear will only increase as our whole self worth and self love goes down into that negative spiral. We all can relate to that one.

Fear is a part of us – it is there to keep us alive – that is it’s job!

Have a look at the fear you are feeling (this way your mind has something to do!) Is this fear rational?? Is the situation you are going to place yourself in, going to kill or harm you??? Yes? No? If the answer is yes, well then, fear has done it’s job! THANK YOU! You are alive!!!

If the answer is no, expand on that a bit more, expore it. Why are you scared? If you do this….., what outcome will I achieve? What is it about this situation that has me in fear? Then use visualisation to overcome this fear and achieve what you want. After all, that’s what the mind is there for isn’t it? To make stories. To see pictures. You all know how creative our minds can be. Use that wonderful skill to your advantage!

For example: I was going through a hard time last year in Vegas. My son and I were getting bombarded by all the energies that embrace that environment. I was really sick and could not get out of bed.

Beautiful Allanah sent me an email asking if I was ok and how my trip was going….Thank you! I let her know how I felt and that I wanted so much to experience some of the things Vegas had to offer, but I just could not leave the bed let alone the room.
She said to me – “Be a WARRIOR PRINCESS” Yes!!! I can do that! I visualised myself in this awesomely hot, black trench coat (Matrix style) with my huge arse swords (as big as me) on my back (Kill Bill style), black boots – the works babes!!
So, when I went out and took my son to experience the Body Works Exhibition, my WARRIOR PRINCESS was ready for battle. She was in front of me paving the way, with her swords warding off any energies that even TRIED to come my way. I even got my son to visualise his own “protection”. He was a member of the SAS Elite Squad. Together no energies even dared to come near us!

When fear pops up for you and it is not life threatening – flick the light switch and be a WARRIOR PRINCESS, SAS Elite Squad, Danger Mouse, whatever it is that you find fits you. That way, your mind is occupied, you are feeling more calm and confident that you can achieve the outcome you want from the situation.

It is important to get in and feel your different emotions. There is no right or wrong emotion, no good or bad – it is just what is. However, they are bought up for a reason and they are wanting you to feel them. Sit with the feelings for a while. If you can, spend time by yourself with no distractions – no TV, music, people, alcohol, cigs, food. Just sit and allow yourself to feel and release. Breathe – breathe deep into your belly and allow whatever you feel to be released.

In the circle on Friday night, most of the comments were around the feeling of being unworthy and not good enough. These feelings can be alleviated with more self love and self nurturing. Learn to love yourself more – you are worth it! Say to yourself “I LOVE YOU!” over and over again. It’s amazing how those 3 little words can make so much difference in your life! More confidence, more feeling positive, more beautiful and at peace with yourself. Those feeling help you to go out in the world and achieve everything your heart desires.

EMBRACE THAT LADIES!!! BE ALL THAT YOU CAN BE!

NURTURE AND LOVE YOURSELF! BE THAT WARRIOR PRINCESS AND ACHIEVE EVERYTHING YOU WANT IN YOUR LIFE!!!!!!
