The process of Surrender & Release

Whatever it is a job, a relationship, a home you have loved, anything that might have helped defined who you are – it is time to let go.
Allow any sadness and do not hold on to it..Gravity will do the work if you go with the flow..empower yourself.
Unless we release constantly we become overwhelmed, inflexible and closed minded as there is no space for new ideas, new energy to be experienced. Life is about the release of the unwanted and old…
In releasing emotions and old behaviours you liberate yourself and your body..
In releasing toxins you rebalance your body and your emotions..Value detoxification..you will live an longer and healthier life.
Value the release…all of them even if the release is not what you want…let go and surrender
